Free airport shuttle for minimum 3 days booking
1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance, is subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
2. All guests must present a valid ID card or passport before check-in. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation.
3. Unregistered persons and outside visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. Please notify the villa manager in advance if you expect any visitors.
4. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the villa and bedrooms. Smoking is permitted only in the designated area. A fine of THB 10,000 will apply for any violation.
5. Illegal drugs, weapons, flammable materials, and any other illegal items are strictly prohibited on the property.
6. Please refrain from making excessive noise outdoors, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to avoid disturbing neighbours and the surrounding community.
7. Parties, events, and large sound systems are not permitted unless approved by the villa in advance.
8. Please use the swimming pool with care. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Running, unsafe jumping, or any activity that may cause injury around the pool is prohibited.
9. Glassware and other breakable items are not permitted in the swimming pool or around the poolside area. Please use the plastic drinkware provided.
10. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the swimming pool.
11. Please help keep the villa clean and dispose of rubbish in the designated bins. Do not put food waste or any items that may cause blockages into sinks or toilets.
12. Please switch off the lights, air conditioning, electrical appliances, and water taps whenever they are not in use or when leaving the villa.
13. Please use all furniture, electrical appliances, and equipment responsibly. Furniture and electrical equipment must not be moved without prior permission.
14. Guests are responsible for the actual repair or replacement cost of any villa property that is lost or damaged due to misuse or negligence.
15. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The villa is not liable for any loss of or damage to personal property during the stay.
16. Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained from the villa.
17. Vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking area. Please do not block entrances, exits, or neighbouring properties.
18. Before checking out, please collect all personal belongings, switch off all electrical appliances, and return all keys and provided equipment.
19. In the event of an emergency, property damage, or equipment malfunction, please contact the villa manager immediately. Guests must not attempt to carry out repairs themselves.
20. The villa reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without a refund if the guest violates these rules, causes a disturbance, or engages in illegal activity.
